Our hope is this app will help support you with the daily management of your condition. The whole process of developing this app and funding this app has run into thousands of pounds and man-hours to develop with a lengthy assessment and approval by NHS Digital & NHS England!! Please kindly spread the word about this app with your different Facebook groups and renal centres.
