On Friday 11 September our Leeds FAS, BAM Nuttall team used their charity/volunteer day to take on the challenge of climbing Snowdon, the highest mountain in England and Wales. 13 of us completed the challenge in 4.5hrs through fierce winds of up to 45mph as we reached the summit. Typically the sun was shining when we headed back to base J
As well as this being a great team building activity, we have raised £795 so far for NeST which is a charity supporting the partner of one of our Leeds FAS colleagues living with a rare incurable kidney condition. Despite how tough the climb was, everyone enjoyed the experience and this is a fantastic achievement for the whole team!
Wow!! What a team!!! Thankyou for helping us get one more step closer to finding a cure for Nephrotic Syndrome!!! It means alot to all our loved ones and families!!
Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts!!! #NeST15 BAM Nuttall
